CMB Regional Centers (CMB), the #1 regional center in the EB-5 industry with over twenty-five years' experience, is searching for full-time Chinese/Mandarin-speaking Associate Investor Relations Manager (AIRM) to grow and develop markets in China. This vital role is essential to the Investor Relations team and supports key team members by working both with prospective investors and industry attorneys, law firms, wealth managers, and immigration companies to develop strong relationships and assist with growing and developing new markets as assigned. 

Associate Investor Relations Manager primarily works on-site in a professional office setting at the Dallas, Texas, location during standard hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. Additionally, CMB offers the opportunity for hybrid schedule consisting of two (2) days' remote work contingent upon meeting introductory period requirements. Working for the #1 regional center requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10%.

What does a typical day for Associate Investor Relations Manager look like?

The AIRM can expect the following:

  • Spends up to 80% of each workday on the phone receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to follow up on leads with clients requesting information from CMB;
  • Supports key team members by helping manage prospective client lists and outside companies to explain the EB-5 program; acts as a liaison between client and CMB; and
  • Assists key team members with providing requested details to the clients regarding the EB-5 program while demonstrating top-notch customer service.

Qualified candidates meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred;
  • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand Chinese/Mandarin and English. 
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required;
  • Intimate knowledge of visa or immigration process highly preferred;
  • Excellent relationship building skills with professional and polished demeanor; 
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative without prompting; and
  • Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills.
