NHK Capital Partners (NHK) and CMB Regional Centers (CMB) are thriving global investment companies searching for full-time Spanish-speaking Investor Relations Manager (IRM) to grow and develop markets in Central America and Mexico. This role is critical to the Investor Relations team and provides direct communication in English and Spanish with prospective investors.

IRM primarily works on-site in a professional office setting at the Dallas, Texas, location during standard hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. Additionally, NHK and CMB offers the opportunity for hybrid schedule consisting of two (2) days' remote work contingent upon meeting introductory period requirements. Working for the #1 regional center requires domestic and/or international travel up to 25%.

What does a typical day for IRM look like?
IRM works with prospective investors, industry attorneys, law firms, wealth managers, and immigration companies to assist clients in moving forward with their visa pursuit and other investment programs. This requires developing strong professional relationships and assisting with growth and development of Central American and Mexican markets. The Investor Relations Manager can expect the following:
  • Building relationships with prospective and current clients, outside agencies, and other company contacts to ensure growth in specific markets. This includes overseeing the planning and execution of celebrations for significant, cultural events that are associated with that market, building marketing initiatives, and proposing events in assigned market to grow brand awareness for NHK and CMB. 
  • Reporting quarterly and annually on details related to travel, summary of clients under management, and market strategy. IRM provides insight and details on metrics related to return on investment along with accomplishments, suggestions for improvement, strategy, and milestones to accomplish.
  • ​​​​​Communicating and meeting people all over the world, this role has the ability to travel to specified markets on a quarterly basis to meet with current and prospective clients, attend conferences, or meet with potential company contacts. Additionally, the IRM writes and contributes at least one piece of writing per month that can be used on social media or other company platforms to outline benefits of the investment program or other regional-specific information that helps build relationships in assigned market(s).

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand Spanish and English. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field highly preferred.
  • Cultural knowledge or personal life experience resulting from residing in or personal ties to Central America or Mexico.
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • Intimate knowledge of visa or immigration process, and experience with finance or investments highly preferred.
  • Strong desire and ability to exhibit polished demeanor, proper business etiquette, professional image and conduct, including respectful communication, with people across the globe, and competency to understand the importance of such.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative without prompting while using strong attention to detail and discernment.
  • Ambitious aptitude for continuous self-improvement and self-education on industry trends, company projects, and new partnerships.
  • Ability and willingness for infrequent travel, both domestically and internationally.
