This role serves as the bridge between business teams, IT, and leadership. The successful candidate will help stakeholders define business needs, document current and future processes, identify opportunities for improvement, support technology initiatives, and help guide projects from concept through implementation.

Essential Job Functions
Business Discovery & Requirements Analysis
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to uncover business needs.
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technology and process requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Business Process Analysis & Improvement
- Document current-state business processes across departments.
- Develop future-state process maps and workflows.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Establish and maintain process documentation standards.
Systems & Technology Initiatives
- Support implementation of enterprise software solutions, including CRM, accounting, operational, and business management platforms.
- Assist with systems integration initiatives between business applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Support testing, training, and user adoption activities.
Project Facilitation & Governance
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Track decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies.
- Help define project scope, priorities, and implementation plans.
- Provide structure and coordination for initiatives where formal project management resources may not exist.
- Support the development of lightweight governance and project delivery practices appropriate for a growing organization.
Change Management & Organizational Maturity
- Help business teams adopt new processes and technologies.
- Facilitate discussions that drive alignment and consensus among stakeholders.
- Support organizational change initiatives through communication, documentation, and training.
- Promote best practices for process management, documentation, and operational governance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
- Strong facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting software implementation and systems integration projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, managers, end users, technical teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in rapidly growing or transforming organizations.
- Experience supporting CRM, ERP, accounting, or operational software implementations.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with organizational change management.
- Consulting or business transformation experience is highly desirable.
Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with programming experience required.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles.
