CMB Administrative Assistant
CMB Regional Centers (CMB), the #1 regional center in the EB-5 industry with over twenty-five years' experience, is searching for full-time Administrative Assistant. This vital role supports the Senior Vice President & General Counsel and other legal team members with document control and storage, dictation, proofreading, research, correspondence, and general administrative duties.
Administrative Assistant primarily works on-site in a professional office setting at the Rock Island, Illinois, location during standard hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST.

What does a typical day for Administrative Assistant look like?
Administrative Assistant works with the Senior Vice President & General Counsel to ensure the legal team receives administrative support through their various day-to-day activities. This requires excellent time management and organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant can expect the following:
- Manages, organizes, and archives documents, database entries, and binders using standard control protocols and following established internal processes and procedures while also maintaining compliance.
- Assists with drafting and maintaining loan agreements as well as Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Proofreads documents with meticulous consideration and keen eye for spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
- Monitors email inboxes and manages MS Outlook calendars for legal team members by scheduling meetings, as necessary. Supports and assists legal team with daily administrative duties and projects.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years’ previous work experience in administrative, legal, or similar role required.
- Prior work or academic experience assisting with legal projects, proceedings, processes, or procedures a plus.
- Prior work experience maintaining professional relationships with different types of people and personalities in challenging situations and at all levels within an organization required.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
