NHK Capital Partners (NHK) is a thriving global investment company searching for full-time Senior Marketing Analyst to identify marketing opportunities for growth while ensuring effective reach and quality engagement across various platforms and social channels.

Senior Marketing Analyst primarily works on-site in a professional office setting at the Rock Island, Illinois, location during standard hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. Additionally, NHK offers the opportunity for hybrid schedule consisting of two (2) days' remote work contingent upon meeting introductory period requirements. Working for NHK requires domestic and/or international travel up to 20%, including overnights and weekends.

What does a typical day for Senior Marketing Analyst look like?
Marketing Analyst works with various teams, such as graphics and digital marketing, for content creation as well as subject matter experts to ensure appeal for niche audiences. This requires serving as primary point-of-contact between the marketing team and internal stakeholders. The Senior Marketing Analyst can expect:
  • Developing processes with standard operating procedures, guidelines, and objectives while aligning with company strategies and branding. This includes serving as a brand ambassador through coordination and participation of in-person and virtual events, calls, and meetings to promote further relationship-building and networking with clients or potential clients for NHK and CMB. 
  • Identifying marketing opportunities for growth while also applying advanced marketing knowledge to develop, propose, implement, and/or lead innovative strategies to expand reach and improve quality engagement with measurable outcomes.
  • Creating, planning, executing, and managing various external marketing materials (i.e., investment postcards, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations) to enhance client experience and brand strategy, and produces such materials in-house.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required;
  • Five (5) years’ previous relevant work experience required;
  • Professional project, writing sample, or portfolio required; 
  • Proven work experience proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;
  • Proven work experience proficiently using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred;
  • Experience using social media outlets such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the like, preferred;
  • Experience using marking automation and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact preferred;
  • Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% including overnights and weekends to attend training, meetings, and/or other work-related events; and
  • Desire to work for a growing, global organization with a “promote from within” culture!

Physical Requirements:
  • Constant sedentary work for prolonged periods up to 100% of the time with routinely moving and transporting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds. Must be able to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, using various modes of transportation including airplane. Must be able to detect, identify, inspect, observe, perceive and assess marketing operations. Must be able to constantly communicate and exchange accurate information. Constantly operates and uses computer and other relevant equipment and office machinery while performing repetitious movements.
